Here you can find how we handle the data you provide on sdilenyapartman.cz and how we use cookies. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. On the processing of personal data.

Who is the property manager

Let IT Bee, s.r.o., IČO 24205095, DIČ CZ24205095, with registered office at Břehová 40/1, 110 00 Prague 1, entered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague. The Shared Apartment project is operated under this brand.

What data we process and why

• Email from the waiting list - to let you know once we launch the platform. Legal basis: your consent given by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• IP address, login time and the location on the website where you logged in - form protection against misuse and spam. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Cookies and website behaviour data - measuring website traffic and advertising performance. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you provide in the cookie banner.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your email with anyone else. We only use processors who operate the technical infrastructure for us:

• Cloudflare, Inc. - website operation, forms and waiting list storage
• Resend, Inc. - email delivery
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. - email mailbox
• Google Ireland Ltd. - tracking of website visits and advertising (only with consent to cookies)

Some processors may process data outside the EU. In such cases, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on an adequacy decision.

Personal details not for sale and we do not pass them on to anyone for their own marketing purposes.

How long we retain data

• Email from the waiting list: until the launch of the platform, no later than 24 months from registration, or until consent is withdrawn.
• Cookies: depending on type, up to 24 months.

Cookies

Essential cookies and local storage keep the website functional and remember your choice in the cookie bar. These always run.

We use analytical and advertising tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads). only after clicking "Accept all. If you click "Reject", they will not load at all.

You can change your choice at any time: delete cookies and website data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

What rights do you have

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• to know what data we hold about you and to obtain a copy of it,
• have them repaired if they are not correct,
• have them removed, for example by withdrawing from the waiting list,
• to restrict their processing or to object to it,
• to obtain them in machine-readable format and transfer them elsewhere,
• withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal has no retroactive effect.

Changes to these terms

If the processing method changes, we will update this document and move the effective date at the top.
